Its location in Moon Valley

Lack of heating in the rooms. Even though the staff seemed to be trying hard but were not at all professional, the price of the rooms was well above the service.

The exclusive setting of the site, the comfort of luxury heads...despite an unstable shower water temperature.

The level of service does not live up to the desired standard of the establishment despite good-willed staff. An area of improvement to be made.
